1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing developer.krd or using our services (Email Hosting, Development Services, VPS/Hosting), you agree to these binding terms. If you disagree, immediately cease using our services.
2. Service Definitions
- Subdomain Emails: @yourbrand.developer.krd email accounts
- Development Services: Custom websites, APIs, bots, applications
- Hosting/VPS: Servers located in Erbil (IQ), Germany (DE), UK (GB), US (US)
3. Account Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain password security
- Immediately report unauthorized access: [email protected]
- Be at least 16 years old to use services
4. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use our services for:
- Illegal activities under Iraqi/Kurdish or international law
- Spamming or bulk email distribution
- Hosting malware, phishing, or botnets
- Cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
- High-risk activities without adequate insurance
5. Payment & Billing
- All prices in USD (USD $)
- Recurring charges auto-billed monthly/annually
- 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting/email (development services excluded)
- Late payments may result in service suspension
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your content/data
- We retain ownership of our platform/codebase
- For development projects: Full IP transfer upon final payment
7. Service Limitations
- Email: 99.9% uptime guarantee
- VPS: 99.95% uptime guarantee
- Scheduled maintenance announced 72hrs in advance
- Force majeure events excluded (including Erbil infrastructure disruptions)
8. Termination
We may terminate services if:
- You violate these terms
- Payment is 30+ days overdue
- Required by Iraqi/Kurdish authorities
Upon termination: Data deleted after 30-day grace period
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Disputes resolved in Erbil courts.
10. Amendments
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
